Hello, I’m Jim. My lifelong fascination with the connection between body and mind has shaped my journey through fields like yoga, meditation, and, ultimately, osteopathy. Osteopathy resonates with me because it embraces the body’s natural healing potential while recognizing the vital link between physical health and mental well-being. I’m passionate about this connection, which I see as the foundation of holistic care.

My interests range from supporting mothers and babies to working with the aging population. I consider myself an “all-rounder” who loves sports and music, and I bring firsthand experience from years of labor-intensive jobs. I know the importance of a well-functioning body, especially when physical health is essential for earning a living.

In my spare time, I enjoy quality moments with my wife and son, walking the dogs, and creating music—when the family is well rested!
